No. Track all you want — it's included! Billing is only per user - we don't charge, track or calculate any fees based on usage, followings or actions performed.

Do you offer a 30-day free trial period?

No, however, SMHelper lets you try the system for up to 20 alerts for free.

What about cancelling? Is this a long-term commitment?

You can cancel at any time with no hassles. You'll be billed month-to-month unless you cancel, in which case you won’t be billed again. Period.
